Cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save: pause, change or cancel any time.

Sign in to your account, open your subscription, and you can pause, skip a delivery, change the date, update your card or address, or cancel. Or email hello@opus.life, and we'll help you do it.

None of it needs a phone call. There's no fee to cancel and no minimum number of deliveries. Once you cancel, you won't be charged again.

Annual Subscription

An Annual Subscription is one payment for 12 monthly deliveries.

You have 30 days from the day your first shipment arrives to cancel and get a FULL refund. The entire amount you paid. That goes for the 24-month plan, too. Email hello@opus.life with your order number, and you get a refund.
