The free shipping policy applies only in the United States and only to (a) orders over $99 and (b) subscriptions (monthly or prepaid).

Shipping outside the US
Yes, to Canada, Australia, Brunei, Japan, New Zealand, Peru, the Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea and the UK. Canada typically takes 7 to 12 business days. For the others, checkout shows the rate. Outside the US, shipping is charged with each delivery, and any duties, taxes or customs fees are paid by the recipient.
